Our Society with Stella Zekri, DJ Westfa, moe
Doors 23:59
September 30th marks Our Society debut event at Berlin’s Fitzroy. We’re so excited to fill this intimate space with likeminded spirits, and we’re inviting one of Berlin favorites: the inimitable Stella Zekri. As a singer, radio host, party co-founder & curator (Body Language) as well as a spectacular DJ, Stella does it all with such unique flair and warmth, as she gracefully moves between genres and sounds.a Joining her behind the decks is moe, initiator of ‘Black Is…’ (a platform championing POC artists) and co-host of Endless Groove (a non-profit community driven house party series), as well as Our Society’s very own DJ Westfa with his trademark deep sound, fresh off the heels of his set at Rush Hour’s 25 Year anniversary party earlier this month. We want to be accessible for everyone, because of this our first round of tickets will only be 8€. Info and tickets are in our bio. We cant wait to see you for this special journey through bright moments.”

We’re returning to our fave Fitzroy with a fully-stacked line-up of the best Berlin-based South Asian talent, traversing through house, bass, ambient, the full works. Guaranteed to keep you dancing until the early hours and catching the sunrise. Stay tuned for our line-up announcements over the next few weeks. Cop an early bird ticket now while it’s cheap!* *If you are on low income or are facing financial difficulties, please write to us and we can provide access at a reduced cost. More about us: DAYTIMERS champions the sounds, stories and voices of South Asian creative communities. Our name is derived from the daytime parties of the 80s and 90s, where young British Asians skipped school to dance to bhangra, garage, and jungle in community spaces. In homage, DAYTIMERS continues to provide a space for those rebellious South Asians that are far more interested in exploring their creative sides than the tropes of parental expectation. As our community continues to expand beyond the UK, we’re stoked to bring the DAYTIMERS vibes to Berlin, in efforts to make the scene more accessible for its South Asian diaspora. After hosting two parties in Berlin in 2024, to an incredible reception, we’re more excited than ever to keep cultivating this beautiful creative community.
