31/05 PARNASSUS with Jerome Hill (Super Rhythm Trax)
Born in Tokyo in 2019, PARNASSUS is an eclectic electronic music party with a focus on curating deep, uncompromising sounds. After editions in Tokyo at venues like Bonobo and Vent, the party now enters a new chapter in Berlin — a city where sonic culture breathes and pulses underground. Our mission is simple yet radical: to reclaim the dance floor as a sacred ground for pure and essential musical experiences. At the helm of this edition is none other than Jerome Hill — a living legacy of UK rave culture. Known for running five boundary-pushing labels (DON’T, Super Rhythm Trax, Bleeper, Hornsey Hardcore, and Fat Hop), Jerome has spent decades behind the decks of illegal raves and inside London’s record shops, dedicating his life to music. A fearless selector and technically masterful turntablist, he blends hip hop, funk, soul, techno, and rave with raw energy and unmatched groove — always reading the room, always chasing the vibe. Joining him are a powerful cast of genre-defying artists: Satomicus (JP) is known for her eclectic and genre-blending vinyl-only sets, traversing deep house, techno, breaks, and experimental textures with finesse. Tempestfeather (ID), member of Green Room collective, bringing a sound shaped in Cairo, refined in London, and blooming in Berlin. She weaves dynamic, groovy, and genre-bending selections. Rising Berlin talents Retter (CO) & Nikira T (LT), core members of the elusive Técnica collective, whose back-to-back set traverse the bassy realms of electronic & world music. And mu”he (JP) – Founder of PARNASSUS. A versatile DJ known for digging up all kinds of electric music gems and channeling a deep love for '90s sounds, her sets gently build before taking full command of the peak time dance floor.
