Workshop: Selbstschutz im Feierkontext

In dem Workshop lernen wir Techniken zu Selbstschutz im Feierkontext, vor allem wenn dieser gleichzeitig Arbeitsumfeld ist. Ob im Awarenessteam oder an der Bar: Wir müssen Grenzüberschreitungen nicht aushalten und dulden, nur weil wir gerade arbeiten.
3h Workshop angelehnt an Methoden aus Empowerment Self-defense (ESD)
Durch praktische Übungen lernen wir + die eigene Grenzen frühzeitiger und besser wahrnehmen zu können + Techniken zur Selbstregulation + Körpersprache zum Selbstschutz, Deeskalation und Grenzen setzen + Werkzeuge der selbstbewussten & nachdrücklichen Kommunikation
Anschließend üben wir die direkte Anwendung dieser Fähigkeiten in Szenariotrainings und es gibt Raum für Austausch.
