After the huge energy that your gave at our last party, we’ve decided that we’ll be returning back to Fitzroy with the incredible MI-EL. A really exciting UK artist and deeply personal selector who has carved a name for herself with stand out performances at Boiler Room, De School and Fold. Joining her we have Redstone Press label head Lewis Lowe retuning to grace the controls. His label has amassed something of a cult following in recent years, gaining fans amongst the likes of Ben UFO and Joy Orbison. Releasing records from Debba, Tammo Hesselink, and Henry Greenleaf the Glasgow based label still has a strong DIY ethos at the heart of it’s operation. As many of you know, our beloved venue was shut down by the police last week, but Loophole's spirit continues to thrive thanks to the support of our community. We are immensely grateful to Fitzroy and Lark for providing us with a space to come together and organise this crazy soli party and a huge thanks to the incredible artists who have joined us for this evening.
We celebrate the vibrant, eclectic mix of genres that made Loophole such a unique place. Our lineup reflects the broad spectrum of sounds that we embraced, from noise and psychedelia to cold wave and beyond.
