Omega Wants to Dance in Fitzroy
With Omega Wants to Dance, we present a film about the joy of dancing in an iconic setting. Fitzroy, located beneath the S-Bahn arches, provides the perfect atmosphere for a special film evening, with drinks and music following the screening. Berlin dance and style icon Günther Anton Krabbenhöft appears in the film and will take part in a conversation with the director Ramon Tort, moderated by Naciye Stein after the screening.

Dance has always been a tool for self-expression and community building. Following people in Asia, Europe, North America, and Latin America, the film shows how movement shapes identity, belonging, and social change. Together, personal experiences and cultural perspectives illustrate how dance becomes a means of connection and communication, offering insight into the physical, emotional, and social dimensions of being human.
