Berlin Peepz, ARE YOU READY FOR BANTUS DIARY An Event series by Freak de l’Afrique which focuses on RnB, Hip Hop and Afrobeats. Together we want to create a community who shares love and appreciation for Hip Hop, RnB and rap music. The aim of our events is to bring back the classics from the mentioned genres back to life and unite the mutual love for the underground street style, soul & afro vibes. 18/06 Mieze – Release Party
Pretty Girl auf harten Beats. Newcomerin Mieze spricht jetzt laut. Bevor sie Musik machte, war sie als Influencerin bekannt dafür, die Regeln der Sexualisierung umzudrehen. Mit scharfer Ironie, überzeichneter Provokation und einem konsequenten Perspektivwechsel spiegelte sie die Männerwelt und machte Sexismus sichtbar. Was auf den ersten Blick wie Männerhass wirkt, ist in Wahrheit Gesellschaftskritik – laut, unbequem und direkt. Zur Feier ihrer ersten EP veranstaltet Mieze am 18.06. eine Release Party im Fitzroy. Welcome to Candyland! On June 20th, PUDDINGS takes over FitzRoy Berlin again and turns the night into a sugar-coated playground for queer joy, soft chaos and sweaty togetherness. Candyland is not about being cute in a polished way. It’s excessive, colourful, a little messy and made for everyone who wants to stick to the dancefloor with us. Behind the decks: - Part-Time Lesbian - CHERIII - RAGE - SANAZ Performances by HAUS OF AUDACITY. As always, PUDDINGS is more than just the lineup. It’s about the people in the room, the energy we build together, the little moments between strangers, the looks, the sweat, the silliness, the softness and the freedom to take up space without having to explain yourself. If you want, come dressed for Candyland: sugary, shiny, colourful, strange, delicious, dramatic or whatever that means to you.
