RUTA Release Party
Doors 21:00
After two years of running events in southwest Germany, RUTA is finally set to bring its sonic blueprint to the country’s capital. Prepare for an amalgam of bass-heavy electronics, world percussions, and leftfield club music shaped by the diverse sounds of the Global South. From tribal techno to latin club, bass music to jungle breakbeat and beyond. We embrace all rhythms and forms, spicing them up our own way, and you are about to experience it firsthand. Join us at Fitzroy Club on Thursday, May 2nd, and embrace the spring sentiment as we dance away the cold spirits of winter and come together in communion, diversity, and love. We have a strict policy of zero tolerance against violence, discrimination, harassment, bullying, unwanted contact, or any behavior that makes anybody feel unsafe.

18/05 Moodroom: Harbinger Kurt & Friends
On Sunday 18 May, Moodroom founder Harbinger Kurt invites a cast of friends to join him at Fitzroy to celebrate the release of his debut EP Solastalgia, out 30 May on NEIN Records.
From 4PM to 11PM, friends and familiar faces will gather as Fitzroy transforms into a soft-focused daydream for a joyous little gathering in one of Berlin’s happiest Spree-side clubs.
To mark the occasion, Harbinger Kurt brings a few kindred spirits to the booth: the inimitable and enigmatic Impérieux (Macro, Pampa, Innervisions), melodious conjurer Kev Sheridan (Maeve), Tronik Youth, the driving force behind NEIN, sonic storyteller Soso Klein (Rebellion der Träumer), and the ever versatile PJ Curly.
Entry is €7, purchased here and on the door. All proceeds will go to Western Native Voices, a Montana-based nonprofit empowering Native American communities through youth leadership and community engagement.
24/05 Audio and Light Mixing
Our in-house technician @Jacqunoise (she/her) will guide you through how to sound check a DJ, help you gain familiarity with the mixing desk, and learn to check levels on the dance floor. You'll also get an introduction to light settings, where you can create your own presets and craft a clubbing atmosphere. After the workshop participants will have the chance to test their skills at an open decks night next door @lark.berlin. 24.05.25 @Fitzroy from 14h - 17h. Up to 7 participants. Register via the link in our bio. Disabled, FLINTA and BIPoC applicants will be given priority. Fee by donation 8-12 € sliding scale. No one will be turned away for lack of funds, email us if you need adjustments made. Please note: This is not a DJ workshop but an inside look into the technical setup of a clubbing event. However, feel free to bring a couple of records and/or tracks on a USB stick (Rekordbox ready). https://tinyurl.com/3wxmjfuc
